“I ordered in Feb for hubby birthday, a quick and smooth delivery. I had a query about warranty it was answered swiftly. I haven't used Spa yet and only just got out the box and inflated indoors. Looks great so far and can't wait to use it. I would say 3 people snugly and 4 if you want to sit each corner with your knees up but tight. I Will get help to make sure get the chemicals right and have put up Gazebo ready for the sun. Great service and product so far. Excited for summer.”

“Great hot tub. Came the next day as promised. I did have an issue with thinking the cartridge and filter were missing from the box. I emailed customer support and received an email the next day stating they were in s compartment in the unit .. which they were. My fault for not reading the instructions properly but impressed with the swift response. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Very happy with my purchase and the service received.”

“Ordering my hot tub was so easy.. from start to finish. It came the next day and was so easy to set up. We were ready to go in no time at all. Being a fibromyalgia sufferer the air jets have helped my pain and relaxed my muscles. Although the water was warm enough at 37 degrees in the weather we have had, (March) I’m looking forward to the summer days and evenings when I can spend even more time in it with my family and friends. Great service from wave and would recommend them and my hot tub to anyone, the perfect purchase from start to finish.”
