“This is our first hot tub and its great! Did lots of research and took the plunge with the Pacific 4/6 person. Took a while to arrive due to supply issues (some better communication would have been helpful) but when it did arrive the setup was super easy. The materials all seem to be good quality as far as I can tell, the cover fits really well and really helps retain the heat. It didnt take long to get the water to a good temp. Overall we are really pleased with our purchase!”
