“Pre ordered in May for delivery by 15th July. Received messages on 14 and 15th July confirming delivery would be made on the 15th. That's today and it's here. Perfect service. Can't wait to get it up and running at the weekend ready for my daughter's birthday next week. It's for her instead of a party (due to covid restrictions), so a 5 year old girl will be very happy.”

“Very good value, we had a small issue which was we could not find the filter housing but it was in the heater. We sent a rude email to Wave and they were very polite and professional and helped us, sorry Wave”
