“Spa arrived earlier than was scheduled, very easy to set up. Once filled and up to temperature nice relaxing spa was had. Our spa is inside our outhouse and the water temperature only drops a degree after every use so the insulation is very good.”

“The spa is easy to assemble and looks good. Structurally it is much better than the layzee spa that this has replaced. It is also easier to use and the wifi connectivity is a bit of a game changer. The spa is comfortable to sit in and the bubbles are powerful too. The customer service element of Wave Spa's leaves room for a lot of improvement. Phone calls and the alleged 24 hour webchat are never answered. Emails take around a week to be responded to. Excuses of we are a small company are rolled out but this is not good enough. Also, delivery date promises in my experience were not met by quite some distance. Overall, good product but let down by poor service.”
