“Having spent 5 weeks trying to obtain a tub from another provider, I realised it was actually a Wave spa they were selling and that I could buy direct. The customer service at every step was brilliant. The Spa arrived in a timely manner. It was so easy to set up, especially with the video to help. We've only had it a week, but it's been well used. We're getting used to testing and adjusting the chemicals, but again the website is so helpful. All in all, this has been a really good purchase and when compared with the cost of hiring one, I would 100% recommend buying a Wave Spa (Before anyone asks, the small people are never, ever allowed in unsupervised, even for a moment, and the temp is kept lower)”

“This is just a brilliant purchase. So must cheaper than the “bigger brands” yet about half the price. And it is huge! There’s enough room for 2 adults and 3 children plus room to spare. We had it up and running really quickly. The quality seems great as it is lovely and warm to be in.”
