“I ordered the hot tub fully expecting delays. 1. Were in the midst of a pandemic. 2. Everyone and there dog wanted a hot tub. I received a notification 1 week before the delivery date advising it would be a week late. Love they communicated this with me, it meant I wasn’t wondering where it was. It actually showed up 3 days early! I have the Atlantic plus and it was super easy to put up and it’s absolutely massive!! So much bigger than I expected but I love it & the bubbles!”
