“Perfect - works well and is a great size for us. We can get 5 adults in easily and there is a lot of room with just 2 of us and our daughter. Make sure you get a soft cushion floor for underneath - easily bought from a DIY store and is a cheap way of making the base nice and soft and insulated. Recommended product. Excellent”

“Great customer service with any enquiries dealt with promptly and our spa came sooner than our expected date during the covid period. Spa true to size, easy to set and to maintain, so our (large) family have had hours of fun with no fear of any damage being made as the spa is very good quality. “Spa seems to be working well. Was easy to set up and have had no problems. I think the spa should be priced accordingly to come as standard with an inflatable lid and chemical float. Only disappointment was that the tub was 2 weeks late and communication was poor.”

“Love our hot tub! Very easy to set up and and use. The heater system itself is very quiet and the bubble option is noisier but we find it fine. This is our first hit tub and I am not disappointed, would happily recommend Wave. Also their customer service is highly efficient!”
