“Our very first hot tub and loving it as are all the family. Wish we had got it earlier in the year to have had more use from it. Our only negative is it should come with a drainage hose other than the one fitted and perhaps an insulated lid. I agree with the filter covers these should unscrew to remore fluff and debris. Our best buy of the year looking forward to 2021 and more usage than this year.”

“We have had our Atlantic plus for a month and absolutely love it. Easy to use and maintain. Was delivered on the date specified. The bubbles are great. These are on a 30 min timer but can be restarted after 10 min. Easily fits 2 adults and 2 older teens. We have used it every day. The overall quality of the item is great and at a reasonable price.”

“Received the hot tub four days earlier than expected. Very easy to set up, this hot tub replaces an existing one from a well known brand, model was Miami. First impressions are very good, I love the padded floor, much better than Miami. I like the control system, very easy to operate and it DOESN'T lock the control after 3 minutes. The overall structure feels more substantial than the Miami. The massaging air jets are excellent , not to fierce bubbles and linear output around the hot tub The temperature is maintained better than the Miami. I would have liked the cover to have been insulated as standard and not an optional extra. One potential issue which we will see if it becomes a problem over time is the filter mounting, it doesn't seem to be very substantial, my 11yr old has already stepped on it twice and it came away from the spa. No issue as yet, it just reattached, hopefully it always will. The filter output back into the hot tub should also have a removeable socket so any debris pumped through the filter can be removed. If I could it TEN stars I would. Would I buy a Wave Hot Tub again? Absolutely 100%”

“Excellent value for money. The spa is a very good size. Easy to set up. The company are very professional and helpful. When they give you a date for something to arrive, they are good at sticking to it or delivering earlier. Excellent communication every step of the way and customer services online are excellent answering queries accurately. Would definitely recommend Wave Spas Direct.”
