“Love it! I did lots of research before I got my spa and Wave spa beat others on specifications and price. Delivered exactly as promised, easy to set up and oh so relaxing, we covered the area and have a lovely space, which was done to make up for our holiday Cancellation because of COVID-19. I have used FAQ section to help get sanitation right, it’s easy! I have also contacted customer support and found them very helpful, instant contact and problem sorted straight away. I am very impressed with the whole experience. So happy I purchased through Waves and have already recommended to my friend, who purchased recently. I am one very happy customer.”

“Over the moon with hot tub, everything I expected and more. Only drawback (which is my fault) Was that I expected a chemical starter pack to be included. Delivery time was over a month later than quoted date and had difficulty contacting as no direct number, apart from that , fab price and great quality”
