“I am very pleased with the hut tub although a little disappointed with customer service. I emailed back in August to point out that the hot tub had a puncture, it was on one of the seams of the hot tub and not one created by us. I’m still yet to hear back which I was disappointed about as past reviews had said how good customer service was.”

“I brought this hot tub for my children as they have problems with there joints they have enjoyed every second of it, it was super easy to put up and very fast to put together only down side it takes around 8-9hours to heat when you fill but it’s not a miracle worker that’s just how long the water takes to heat”
