“Love our hot tub. We have had compliments from others on how nice it is. It is easy to set up and is oof good quality. We did have to have a replacement tub, as the first one had a hole in it, but WAVE were excellent and replaced for us. I do wish that there was a contact phone number though.”

“The hot tub is great. Really comfortable and easy to set up and use. I would recommend one. I love it, love it, love it. There are 2 things which could be improved. 1. The control unit needs to be covered with something waterproof otherwise the screen fills up with moisture and is hard to read. This could easily be rectified. 2. When purchasing there is no indication of the approximate weekly running costs. My first electricity bill took me quite by surprise especially as we also have solar panels”
