“All excellent until it blew my plug socket off the wall!! When electrician came out he looked at the plug on the hot tub and said it’s a 16 amp plug. After going through all the paperwork and booklet i found that not anywhere does it say that it is a 16 amp hot tub. It has a plug on it that looks like a 13 amp. I’ve tried to get a plug to replace the damaged one on the hot tub but can’t get one. All 16 amp plugs are the ones that are used for hook up leads or caravaning. Surely you should be made aware that it is a 16 amp hot tub when purchasing or at least be in the manual as that’s what you read before you use. Now have to wait for an electrician to attend to run a cable straight from my fuse box Until all this happened I was loving my hot tub”
