“The pre order date was 21st August but didn’t get it till October due to COVID, so I haven’t put the hot tub up as the weather has been really bad since . So I can’t send you a picture or tell you what it’s like either. They deliver when they said 3rd October. Good delivery & no damage to box.”

“it was delivered on time and i am happy enough with it. it was easy to set up and is cheaper than other more well known brands. i know Wave direct does get bad reviews and i have read a lot of them and was very skeptical especially when they have no contact telephone number which i still find hard to believe. However i took the plunge, pardon the pun, and bought the wave atlantic 6 persons hot tub. And have enjoyed it a number of times since purchasing it. It is slow to heat but when heated it is a very relaxing addition to my back garden especially during this covid lockdown. Incidentally my sister purchased a more expensive well known hot tub and it has broken already. If only Wave direct would polish up on their customer relations by introducing a telephone contact number.”
