“Excellent service from Wave. Spa arrived nearly 3 weeks earlier than expected. Unfortunately it hasn’t stopped raining yet to set it up. Hopefully will get the full use soon. All I can say is do your research first before you buy one and go with a reputable company like Wave. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you wave”

“Received my spa after pre ordering not had a chance to inflate yet as due to British weather garden not finished, but partner and son had to inflate in living room to excited to wait. No water added may I say. Wave informed me thru delivery and delay due to canal being blocked causing small delay. Package arrived early than delay expected date. Great service hopefully no problem when we get a chance to enjoy with a glass in the spa looking over our hard work . Top marks wave from me so far”
