“This is a great hot tub and very easy to set up. We bought some children’s play mats in black to put underneath it which saves you sitting directly on the floor (block paving in our case). I would recommend buying the ultimate starter pack as it has everything you need to get going. It is great for 2 people but would fit 3. We have a small garden so the size is just right. We also bought the drinks holder in light grey. Would definitely recommend.”

“Okay, I tried to ignore emails for spas in winter but wow what a bargain ... half the price and the postage was quick. Have to admit I haven't used yet but I can't see a problem, as I presume still have a guarantee. But the customer service and updates, make me feel proud that I chose them as I cannot fault it and good to see excellent customer service still does exist out there Thankyou”

“So easy to set up, only needs one person. Just put the liner in place and attach the supplied hose to the pump/heater unit and wait (only takes about 10 minutes. Once full with water we left overnight to heat up (from 10C to 39C) and it was ready the following morning. Instructions said 24 - 48 hours to get to temp but didn't need anywhere near that long. We use it for 2 people and it is more than big enough, though it seems as if it would be "very cosy" for 4 people. Provides a good depth of water so you get a deep soak. We haven't had any other brands but what we have seen of other inflatable hottubs this one looks much deeper. It seems to be cheap to run, we haven't noticed any significant increase in electricity usage due to running the hottub. All in all a brilliant buy from an excellent company. Just an aside regarding the company, they sent me a new liner when mine got torn, despite my being able to repair the tear. Brilliant service.”
