“Very happy with my hot tub came 4 days earlier than expected however communication was good and arrived at the time they said, but I have noticed this issue a lot they need a telephone number !! As the online communication sends you round in circles..,”

“Hot tub arrived after a bit of a wait but wave kept me informed and even gave me a box of bits as I had to wait because of covid problems so very good customer service. I love it. Everything they said it was and as I’m a hot tub novice I’ve chatted with wave and they are brilliant. Thoroughly recommend.”
