“Whilst I lije my tub I wouldn’t buy another one as I have never got it to reach 39 degrees, even in the summer sunshine, now it’s cooler I can’t get it to stay at 38 degrees Also, it’s definitely not a tub size for 4 ....2 x small adults is a push .... if you want to stretch your legs out at the same time”

“It’s quite sturdy but not really big enough for 4 people. The heating/filter unit was cheaper to run than I expected but a bit noisy. However, dealing with Wave Direct is an awful experience. Customer service is non existent. If you have any queries or problems, you’re pretty much on your own.”
