“I shopped around, looking at different hot tubs and their reviews, I decided on this one because of their reviews on customer service etc My delivery was alittle long but this was due to it being the begining of lock down and it seems everyone was after a hit tub unfortunately It was so easy to set up, I managed to do it on my own and wasn't long before it was up and running, it takes about 1 1/2 days to full get to temperature from a cold water tap but once hot keeps it temperature well It has a weather proof cover so I have kept my tub up all the time The bubble system is very strong and gives a good back massage Easy to empty and clean and the filter is very easy to change The only thing I would like extra would be a hard top or a blow up cover, only because when it rains I get a puddle forming on the top Over all. I am a very happy customer”

“Was worth the 2 month wait for this. Really well packaged and easy to set up. Good quality but have an inflatable cover on order as rainfall causes ponding on cover. Only issue I had was when FIL code was displayed and locked all functions, this is easily cleared by pressing and holding filter button until it beeps. Have also found that leaving temperature on 30 then boosting before use is most economic use of electricity.”

It's great to hear you've found a personal energy-efficient way of using your tub. Our inflatable covers certainly help as it retains 15% more heat which means you do not have to run the unit for as long for it to reach your desired temperature.
