“This has got to be one of the best family purchases we have every made. Buying from wave was a no brainier we looked on line to find other brands had their issues and other people gave wave a go. So we went with Wave and even thru lockdown we got updates saying we will still be on time with your order and it came a week early. The hot tub installation was very easy 10 minutes later I was filling it up with water. 100 percent go with wave. Place your order sit back relax and it will be with you before you know it..”

“Our spa arrived four days earlier than scheduled. We set it up and used it for the first time last night. Can honestly say it’s the best thing we have bought this year after our holidays like most people have been cancelled it’s a great chill out. The spa was easy to set up and although we had to buy the chemicals from somewhere else as Wave were sold out it was not an issue. Highly recommend the Atlantic Plus.”

“Ordered this on pre-order in April and it was delivered in June, slightly earlier than anticipated too which was a bonus. It is so easy to set up and is great quality. We've used it many times already and it's great fun and so relaxing after a stressful day. Wasn't sure whether to go with this brand or the more popular brand but I definitely have no regrets. Fantastic hot tub would definitely recommend - in fact I have and a friend has also bought one :)”

“Ordered the Atlantic plus after realising the Pacific was to small for the area in garden , service on changing was great cancelled original order and received a full refund then ordered the bigger tub was given the date of 15th September but came 19th ,kept up-to-date on status of order ,easy to set up and love it .. definitely recommend wave direct .”

“I needed to do my usual research before dipping into (sorry, couldn't resist) getting my first hot tub. I've been used to managing an above-ground pool for years, but this was new for me. Certainly, the WaveSpa Atlantic Plus turned out to be a good option. The pool arrived in perfect condition ahead of the due date and was easy to set up. Do be aware that algae and other water-borne growth love warm water, so be prepared to treat the pool water regularly with chemicals, especially bromine or chlorine (check the pros and cons of each). Even so, the water will need to be refreshed mush more regularly that a cool pool, but good maintenance with reduce the hassle of emptying, cleaning and refilling, while being a better steward of conserving water supplies. Note that the 1.5KW heater will heat the pool at roughly 2 degrees Celsius per hour, so taking cool mains water at 14C up to a cosy 38C would take around 12 hours. Some would say it is better to leave it on permanently rather than switch off in between, but you'll need to balance the control of pool conditions, frequency of use and convenience to what works best for you. All said and done, this is a great spa with lovely bubbles that is up and running very easily. Enjoy!”
