“We received our hot tub mid-August after ordering in May. Emailed with time slot from DPD and this was spot on. Used it for the first time 31st August due to being on holiday. Easy to assemble, really clear instructions. Got it up to 40 tonight, wonderful! Overall excellent product and service. Thinking of ordering the inflatable head rests for adding comfort.”

“I ordered my hot tub in may i knew during the recent times it would be a while to arrive 19th august a day earlier than expected. We didnt put ours up untill yesterday the 9th august but this morning 30th we have been in and all is working correctly. So 4☆☆☆☆ from me the only reason i didnt give 5 is that i dont think the customer services and quite as quick at responding as they should but also understand the amount of pressure they are under too, so no negativity from me. I did have some slight issues with thinking i hadn't receive the filter or cartridge but then once asking on your website from k8nd reveiwers good and bad pointed me in the right direction heres to happy hot tubbing thank you wave”

“The hot tub turned up packaged safely. Extremely easy set up. Instructions and YouTube videos very helpful! Heated faster than expected and the massage jets were better than we thought! Fantastic all round can’t fault it at all!”

“Having had a rigid acrylic hot tub for years was a bit apprehensive to get an inflatable, upon house move. Had heard bad things about other makes. But Wave are fantastic. Pre ordered and kept informed at all stages. Arrived 2 days early. So easy to set up, comprehensive instructions. Okay from cold fit took 24 hours to get to temperature, as expected. So roomy, well padded floor, excellent value for money. Love the rattan effect. Can't wait to get back in again later.”
