“I purchased my Wave spa in March and it was delivered as expected at the end June. Assembly instructions were really easy as well as the online video. We did have a problem with one of the connector tubes leaking but after an email to Wave a new connector and 2 washes were delivered straight away which fixed the problem. So far we have enjoys many happy hours I the spa. Excellent purchase and would definitely buy another if anything happens to this one.”

“Hi, we have enjoyed using the hot tub over the past few months, it is a comfortable size and the 'bubble' function works well. The material also feels to be durable and resilient. Two issues, cost of heating and length of time it takes is much more than we envisaged cutting down the times we use it. We'll need to consider wind or solar power to reduce costs. Finally, the outlet pipe, because there is a soft hose between the connectors, gets squashed by the weight of the full tub thus reducing the water outflow and increasing the time it takes to empty.”

“We absolutely love our Wave Hot Tube and have used it endlessly in the summer. The only drawback is that we have found it expensive to operate. I have packed it away for the winter and cannot wait to get it out again in the spring when the weather is warmer.”

“Waited 12 weeks for my hot tub which was not a problem. Initial set up had no issues. Heating to temp and adding chemicals also with no issues. . Over the last few months it does not heat to the temp i set it to (42) which I always set it at and I prefer it as hot as it can reach. It also started deflating slightly. I think the design of the cover is not good. When it rains it just flops in the middle causing a massive puddle of water. I would give 5 stars for the first 8 weeks but now only giving 3 stars.”
