“Great hot tub. Size is perfect. Fast delivery. Easy set up. Really keeps the heat in well. I have kept the box the heater came in to protect it from the cold, although it is in my gazebo. A nice wee padded cover would be a good idea. Love this hot tub. Would highly recommend this.”

“I received the hot tub mid September after ordering it back in July and was worried due to COVID that there would be a delay or a product fault. It arrived in time and was very easy to set up and fill. I'm really pleased with the hot tub and works wonderfully and have had no issues so far. The communication with Wave were poor as they do not respond to emails and the website is a question flowchart where you cannit speak to someone direct and follow the same questions.”

“I ordered my Hot Tub at the end of May with an expected delivery date of 14/08/20 however, my tub arrived on the 31/07/20, two weeks earlier than planned. It was easy to set up and I have had no issues with it at all. I would recommend Wave hot tubs.”
