“I haven't put the hot tub together yet but everything is in the box as it should be, I ordered this as a replacement as I stupidly left the pump and hot tub up in my keter shed but turned off which I shouldn't have done, that said I reordered one because I loved my last hot tub it worked so well, this one arrived quickly and was cheaper than my last one.”

“First time I’ve ever had a hot tub and wasn’t sure what to expect really in terms of set up and running. Well it was so easy!! So much so that I over complicated everything and emailed customer service numerous times over the simplest things and they responded quickly and put my concerns to rest… one being the water level dropped…. Needless to say I had put the plug in!! All issues user error haha but the responses were great and efficient. Anyway it was up and running within 24 hours and it is brilliant! The kids love it and i haven’t really had chance to relax in it yet as I can’t get them out of it! Temp currently -2 and they are still in it everyday! Absolutely love it, brilliant buy!! Thank you”

“We had some issues initially as this was ordered pre Christmas and did not arrive. That being said I spoke to customer services who kindly reordered it for me and it arrived on Christmas Eve so all was well. My hubby loves it, he is hard to please present wise so I was impressed. It has already been put up and used highly recommended would buy from Wave again as they were excellent”
