“Very easy to setup and operate. The tub is made of durable material, the cover also, but with a decent layer of reflective insulation. Controls are easy to operate with an integrated inline rcd which makes plugging into an outdoor socket a breeze. In use, the heater does a decent job of maintaining the temp, losing only a couple of degrees after an hour of use. Aeration is pleasantly vigorous, relieving my aches & pains. Filter is easily cleaned but as with all hot tubs water changes and treatment after every use is an absolute must. I have rigged mine up to the swimming pool sand filter which makes my job a lot easier with very little water wastage. In summary, the missus and girls are very happy with it, as am I.”

“Easy enough to set up, really good size for the whole family. I initially had an issue with it heating up to the required level, but realised that this was due to the filter. A quick email to customer services and I was sent some troubleshooting info. Cleaned the filter & has been working fine ever since.”

“I was a little concerned when i read the reviews regarding the delivery of this spa, with people stating they couldnt get in touch with the company. I did in fact email to ask about this and to date have received no reply. However, the spa did arrive when they stated it would, when i ordered. It was set up really easily. We didnt have the ability to fill it with hot water so it took approx 15 hours to heat to 40°. After the 1st day it failed to maintain its temperature and gradually dropped to 30°. All settings were checked and were correct. I have changed the filter and its working fine again, I'm a bit concerned that the filter only lasted 1 day. I'm monitoring this new one to see what happens. Hopefully it was just a one off occurrence. If so then I'm pleased with the spa.”

“We had originally ordered an octagonal tub, but delivery was delayed longer than we were prepared to wait. Opted for this instead, and so far very happy. Comfortable seat padding, ample size and looks good too!”
