“The tub itself and the customer service that surrounded it was second to none. Sadly our tub arrived faulty but after exchanging a few explanatory e-mails with Wave Spa, we were sent a replacement with no quibble. My teenage girls set the tub up with no help from me and they love it! Just need that amazing lockdown weather to comeback now!”
