“We really love the hot tub , although it is not really big enough to fit 4 adults let alone 6. Its perfect for our family of myself, my wife and 2 young children (9yrs and 6yrs) The Marble effect is not as good as I was hoping, and in fact not as good as the demo model that is used in video for assembly for the product, the one in the video seems to have a lot deeper black and mine is more faded and the white marble effect is not as pronounced. Slightly disappointing but doesn't dissuade from its use. Its perfect for what I want, which is to relax at the end of the day of working from home (during the COVID lockdown). Takes about 4hrs to heat up from 34 deg C (which is where I keep it at) to 41 deg C so i normally ramp it up to Max at about 2pm and then get in anytime between 6pm and 8pm. Its quite load when the bubbles are on so I avoid using late at night. I recommend using a tablet floating dispenser to regulate the chlorine, Alkaline and PH levels.”
