“The filters are fit for purpose and the price is exceptionally good if purchased through Wave. This company went through an extremely bad period a couple of months ago and customer service was at rock bottom which I can only assume was down to understaffing and an overwhelming number of customer queries. Now that winter is approaching they have managed to surface above the water and their customer service is speedy, polite and they deliver what they promise. So, well done Wave as I now no longer regret buying the hot tub.”
