“Absolutely brilliant service! I was dubious about spending out for the repair of the heater unit as the hot tub is out for its 4th year but other reviews made me think it was worth a try. From first contacting Wave to getting the unit returned was seamless. Very quick turnaround, unit was posted and returned repaired within 4 days and it's working likes it's brand new. Seems more effficient than it was before. If only all repair services and customer service could be this good! Thank you Wave!”
