“I was very happy with the delivery but the size was wrong (my mistake) I sent email to customer services and to enquires asking for the returns process, I am still waiting for a response, I decided to send it back by recorded delivery costing me £9:26 and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting and as yet not had a refund”
