“We upgraded to a Swift Rigid Foam Hot tub from our well used inflatable. It took me and my son 20 minutes to set up the hot tub and what an improvement it seems much sturdier and takes away some of the worry of a puncture. I also heats up much quicker. Hopefully I can but a inflatable heat retainer to help reduce the energy consumption. Delivery was to time and so for I have received excellent customer service form Nuy. Just disappointed I ordered the hot tub a few months ago when it was £100 more than it is now. Ican cerainly recommend Waves”

“I love my hot tub !! I use it every day . . . It's great for a spa at the end of the day . Also , with the water cooler , it's great (when it's very hot ) for having a quick dip to cool down whilst sunbathing !!! I just love it !!”

“Great hot tub. Its bigger than I expected. Easy to assemble and looks great. You don't get much communication with Wave direct but you don't need it. They give you a date and its delivered on said date. I highly recommend this hot tub.”

“my personal experience with WAVE has been really good, I have been dealing with a guy called Paddy, what a star he has been, always happy to help and point me in the right direction, I have had a few issues but between Paddy and charlotte they have been on the ball and are getting everything done asap for me. (hopefully) My tub was due to arrive on the 23rd jul but arrived just a few days late which is was fine, i have emailed to keep me updated and on track. communication has been good from them.”

“The look and feel of the spa is brilliant, the lining at the bottom is comfy to sit on and the height of the sides makes it easy to relax. I'm pleased that we went for a rigid foam tub. The bubbles are not too powerful, but create a nice effect. We've used the tub every day since we've had it. The temperature of the water isn't held very well, but reading the manual I think this is because the heater doesn't kick in until the temperature drops 2 degrees below what you've set - I haven't worked out how to change this before I get in! It took me an hour to set up before I could fill with water. Was a little bit harder to put together than the video suggests and certainly longer than the 20 minutes stated! Whilst it says 4-6 capacity, I'd not recommend more than 3 adults (unless you're very familiar!). Overall, we are very happy with the pool. The delivery dates stopped coming through, and it was a couple of weeks later than we thought it would be, but I understand the customer service team has been expanded to improve communication and response times.”
