“Spa came with defective O rings and had a leak but customer service sent me new parts. My family uses the spa every day and it is durable. The heater turns off when the jets are on but still love it! I would recommend!”

“this hot tub is between an inflatable and a "real" traditional hot tub. it doesn't have seats which I like so I can use the whole area to doing little leg and hip exercises for my arthritis. I'm 6 feet tall and it's super comfy. the bubbles are not very strong but you'll feel them after a bit. its not a 6 person tub unless your trying to build a prezel. assembly was super easy. it heats up ok, but think it's going to take muuuch longer when the outside Temps are lower.”

“I've had my spa for just over a month now and its a great product. Delivery was quick and i was able to put it together fairly quickly on my own. I've used it to relax and also rehab after a 26 mile walk (it did help to minimise aches and pains)”

“The hot tub is easy to set up without the flaff of having to inflate. The foam pads slot together nicely and once inside the enclosure hold the structure really well, which is great as it means you can set it all up and then easily move it into position. The connections to the filtration system use a flexible hose which makes them convenient to attach, unlike other systems that have a rigid pipe. The additional accessories are great too, we added the foam pads underneath, headrests, drinks holder and inflatable cover. All came well packaged and we didn't have to wait long.”

“I love this hot tub. I wanted something more substantial then an inflatable tub but didnt have the budget for a permanent tub. The Wave Swift hit the mark. It fits three tall adults comfortably and cab fit four with plenty of room. Highest recommendation.”

“Love my spa, set up took a bit longer than they say but quite easy ( hubby did mine ) I have always had inflatable ones but decided to pay a bit extra and get the rigid one. Well worth it much more sturdy, looks better, works perfectly had a few issues with delivery but all sorted in the end. Now I just love nothing more than putting my crystals in and relaxing. Tee tree one is the best.”
