Delivered 10 days later than expected and did not receive any update at all, no reply to emails and could not talk to anyone on the phone, could only use the chat on the website leaving me disappointed with the customer service. Happy with the hot tub once it arrived, good quality.

I really love this hot tub. It is very sturdy and solid. I'm not a small person, and I can sit on the sides easily and it doesn't dip at all. the insulation on the sides of the tub is very thick. You can't feel the heat coming out of it if you feel the outside. The cover, however isn't great. It's just a sheet of vinyl with another sheet of reflective stuff underneath. The clips lock securely on to it, no problem there, and it fits round the sides very well, but it sinks in the middle, leaving a very concave area, and when it rains, this gets full of cold rain, which warms up nicely due to heat loss through the thin cover. They'd have been better supplying an inflatable cover. the base has some insulation but not a lot, so I am wondering if heat will be lost through there too. I can sort that out by getting 2 sets of ground tiles. At the time I ordered it, it did talk about wifi functionality being available. This has been removed though, and it's not available. I'd like to see them offer an insulated base and a cover made from the same stuff as the sides of the tub so that energy costs come down. I like to keep it running at 38 c so that I can use it whenever I like, and it looks like it's going to cost about 20 pounds per week to run. The control panel is good but has no timers or anything to help with energy saving. I think I'll regard this as my training hot tub and if I like the concept, I'll get a more permanent solution in a couple of years. I think the tub would be better off indoors to be honest unless they can sell me a better cover for it to prevent so much heat loss.

Delivered as promised, great customer service. As yet it’s still unboxed due to having to build housing in garden , but I’m sure all will be well and if not I’m confident that any issues will be rectified.
