Absolutely love this hot tub. The rigid sides give this good stability and it looks great on my newly built sun deck. IOnly took delivery in October and is perfect for a dip on a cold dark night under the stars or even in the rain. Ordered and delivered within a week it was easy to assemble by myself although the zip was quite tight to close but once it’s done it’s a good tight fit. I filled it with cold water early afternoon and by the next morning it was hot enough to use. The control panel is easy to use and understand once you have read the instruction booklet. I’m getting the hang of the chemicals and have bought a net that skims off any fluff and debris. The filter works well and I was surprised how much it had trapped in a week! The water is fresh and clean looking and I test the chlorine, PH and alkalinity levels daily sometimes twice. Having never done this before I feel I’m now in control of it pretty quickly The bubbles are good and powerful for a home tub. There is a ring of them around the bottom of the walls and the are 4 that extend up your back. It’s sold as 4-6 person and had 4 people in to date. You could get 6 in at a push but would be a bit cosy! The lid/cover matches the tub outer cover well and is a good tight fit with 4 clips to secure it. These have a security feature that is easy to open once suss it out! It has a reflective liner which may help keep in a little heat but doesn’t have much insulation. It sags into the middle and builds up water when it rains which can be tricky to get rid of without it ending up in the tub! I have emailed Wave who have suggested a beach ball under the cover will stop this but I’m more concerned about heat loss and will look to get something more substantial to go onto the water prior to the cover to keep the winter cold out. I might try the circular inflatable cover on the website that has the same diameter and should sit /mould within the octagon tub. I have no idea yet how much it will add to my electric bill but I’ve got to say it will be worth every penny. The heat is great I keep it at 41 degrees and it’s so nice to relax at the end of a working day. I think in summer it would need to be cooler as it’s pretty hot! I bought the blow up headrests and have tried one but it doesn’t sit well on the edges and I wish I hadn’t bothered. Over all I’m far more impressed than I ever imagined I could be with this tub. I would highly recommend to anyone considering an inflatable tub but can just spend a little more on this high end tub,you will notre regret it!! Things we’ve found you need to hard are Hooks for towels and dressing gowns A high table or shelf for drinks (won’t be trying inflatable drinks holders based on disappointment with headrests) I sat the tub on 2x packs of halfords black pvu mats. The tub base has a little padding and your weightlessness in the water means it’s very comfortable to sit in A cheap bath mat left outside is ideal for making sure you are not treading grit into the tub and for standing on when you get out and can be easily hung on the line to dry or thrown in the washer Spin cycle!

Looks great, works great. Could have a more solid foam lid to help with insulation. Also, the heater isn't power full enough to keep heat increasing if the lid is off, so once you hand bubbles on you are only ever losing heat. That being said we love the HotTub, luckily we prefer to not use the bubbles anyway.

The service provided was exceptional from start to finish. I originally placed an order and then upon reflection realised I wanted a different product. I was contacted the following day and a refund was processed immediately. The item that I subsequently ordered arrived within 3 working days and we are delighted with it.

We thought long and hard about which spa to choose from Wave. We chose the swift rattan one 4-6 persons even though there is just the 2 of us. Hubby is great at DIY but found the instructions unclear. However after 1.5 hours it was all set up in our conservatory. We intend to move it outside in the spring. We have only had it for a week and use it every day. We are both in our early 60s with usual aches and pains. Can honestly say it has helped with our relaxation and state of mind and we are not aching as much. We have just purchased some cushions to add to the experience. Loving it. Thank you Wave

The 5 star rating refer to the spa itself, I'll detail the service issues separately. Ordered this value for money spa after doing a lot of research and comparing it with our previous Canadian Spa model. It worked out some £400 cheaper than our previous one and half the price of its intended replacement. So we thought we'd give the Wave one a try. Ordering the spa is not the easiest procedure. We are bolth oldies and would have prefered to speak to a human being. However, we were advised that the company "does not have a telephone number at present"! Strange!!! Anyway, we pressed on and eventually put our order through the web site. The lack of communication, not having a phone contact, prevented obtaining an update of the ordering proces, although Wave did advise by email the initial delivery date. Unfortunately, only 1 box of 2 arrived on time and to be advised by the courier that "there are 3 vans out today and it's in one of the following ones", which did not materialise, was concerning. Couldn't get hold of Wave and eventually had to email the company. After a period where Becca, Renee and Aaron gave us differing reports, the second box arrived a week or so later. So customer service and ordering / delivery does need some work - and where is that telephone number???? The spa itself is a doddle to put together and now it's up and filled seems reasonably robust. Take care on location and providing a soft base and smooth out any wrinkles in the base - we've still got a couple to try and get rid of. The power pack is easy to use although the finer points of the buttons are missing from the instructions - I got a flashing red light on the heater button but there's nothing to explain it! The filter changing is much simpler than our previous unit and the whole system is quieter. The water heats up quickly, a degree in 30mins, but suggest an insulating layer above the water to the cover to best retain the heat - we use an inflatable insulator bought separately online. Had our first session yesterday and it was lovely! So far, so good. So 5 stars for the hot-tub and it would have to be 2 stars for the communication.
