“Have used the Hot Tub now for a couple of months and I have found it to be excellent. It did take a bit of putting together and I tip my hat to those of you who have managed to assemble it by yourself and in less than 20 minutes, as it took my wife and I about an hour! The rigid polystyrene sides do seem to help the insulation of the hot tub. As we don’t use the hot tub every day we maintain the temperature of it at about 35 degrees and then increase it to 42 degrees when we want to use it, which takes it about 5 to 6 hours to reach. Overall it has been a great purchase and we are very happy with it and would recommend it unreservedly.”

“We bought the swift rigid back in July, with an expected delivery date for early October. This gave me time to make the space in the garden for the hot tub and construct some decking and a gazebo. The expected delivery date was actually a few days earlier than expected which was a bonus. The tub was delivered in two large boxes, one contained the rigid foam panels and the other one contained everything else. It took about 40 minutes to construct the tub which was pretty easy to be honest. The hardest part was zipping the two panels together which required the help of my son to pull the panels tight so that I could zip it together. Once erected I filled the tub with water just below the maximum fill level and switched on the filter and heater. I checked the chemical levels were correct and added a shock dose of chlorine overnight. The next day the tub was ready for its first use. The temperature had reached 41°c so my wife and I climbed into the hot tub. The quality of the tub is amazing! It's very sturdy and very well made. When we turn the bubbles on, it very quickly fills the whole tub with lots of bubbly water. We have been using it almost every day since and we have not had a single issue with anything at all. We originally bought this model because there are quite a few cats that belong to our neighbours and we didn't want to risk getting an inflatable one that they could puncture. So glad we did now as it is absolutely brilliant. Another benefit of the swift is the rigid foam that helps to insulate the tub and keep the heat in longer than an inflatable one would do. All in all, we are delighted with the swift rigid and look forward to many more nights of fun.”
