“First hot tub, pre ordered in January for delivery 21st of April and arrived a week early. Looks fab and very sturdy ordered the blow up top it is great for stopping the lid sagging ordered and delivered within 2 days. A hit with the whole family.”

“Very pleased with the SWIFT. Had it running since November 2020. Easy to set up. I leave it running 24 x 7 but reduce the temperature after use to a lower level and if I am to use it again just increase the temperature a few hours before use so it heats up. I have solar panels on the house, so heating whilst the sun is out is best for us. The insulation is very efficient compared to an inflatable. But I added extra by laying sheet polystyrene on the water when not in use and this reduces the heat loss. Also bought rubber mats to sit the tub on with thermal blanket beneath. Very pleased, it only seems to cost a few pounds a month to run. Very solid construction. Just make sure you put the chlorine chemicals in to "shock" the water before first use. I didn't and regretted it.”

“So far so good. Set it up within 30 minutes of unboxing start to finish. Pretty fool proof, instructions didn’t really help much though. A new set up video would be nice considering the one they displayed on the video has a few less holes and it kind of confused me on where to put the foam inserts. Anyway, it’s filling up now and it seems sturdy.”

“Have nothing but praise for this company. Bought a Swift rigid hot tub which has been in use since October problem free. Would highly recommend this hot tub for looks practically and easy maintenance. Bit more expensive than an inflatable but worth it. Due to the colder weather I was concerned the cover which has a reflective liner would let too much heat out. I’m now using the wave inflatable cover after checking first with customer services that it would fit. The Swift is a hexagon and inflatable cover is circular but same diameter and fits perfect. I have recently returned two inflatable headrests that I bought with the tub. I bought 3 and only use one but more as a float than a head rest and the other two were still unopened. Yet again customer services were extremely helpful and allowed an exchange for filters which I was more than happy with as I was past the 30 day return and needed to order filters anyway. Hats off to Eliza for sorting this for me very promptly. Look forward to further business with this company for ongoing essentials. Cannot recommend enough”
