“We ordered the swift ridged spa back on the 19th of March with an advertised approximate delivery date of 23rd July..... Which was fine as it gave me time to sort out a summerhouse to house it... Any questions where replied to within 48hrs... 2 boxes delivered (26th june)and promptly set up and all seems to be working well.... The heater/pump unit is quieter than I expected.... I honestly started to get a little twitchy after bad posts but I was working on the July delivery date when I first ordered...... So all good. its now been set up an running for a week with the temp set @39deg and with my plug in meter its working out to 1.50 a day(24hrs) which is very good as it's one of the bigger 6 person tubs”

“We're so pleased with this hot tub. We were going to get an inflatable one, but this is sooo much better! It's really clever how it all fits together and makes a really strong pool. The bubble jets are great and much better than expected - the bubbles are forced out the sidewalls and the bottom and are quite powerful. We've used the hot tub every day for 2 weeks now! Highly recommended.”

“Excellent product, excellent service. We enjoyed our Pacific inflatable hot tub so much we decided to ‘upgrade’ to a Swift rigid foam one. We’ve also recently ordered the inflatable cover to help retain the heat and also stop the regular cover sagging when it collects rain water. As we are regular users - it’s a great way to relax after working in the home office - we bought the latest model with running costs in mind. So far the benefit suggested by Wave has been borne out (roughly in line with expectations) Wave are very good at delivering when they say they will - or advising quickly if there’s a likely delay. All in all a great experience”

“I'm glad I researched the various hot tubs as the swift wave is the one that suited our needs. The delivery date was initially 2nd June but it arrived 3 weeks early, result! Easy to follow instructions and a fabulous hot tub .our grandkids love having a spar with us ,chilling in our garden .would highly recommend but don't hang around too long as they are very popular and there is a wait ........but its definitely worth it , hope you enjoy it as much as we do , gaynor and Mike x”

“Order this rigid hot tub in January 2021 and it arrived earlier than expected in May. Smooth delivery & kept updated by WAVE all through the process. Put the hot tub up last weekend in time for the wonderful weather and it was easy to set up and we had a fab time enjoying our hot tub. Great purchase and great customer service! Highly recommended!”

“We're really happy with our new Swift hot tub from Wave. It arrived three weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date, which meant we could enjoy it earlier than expected! The tub was easy to assemble and looks great in our back garden. Compared to our previous inflatable tub, this is much more efficient to run. With lockdown restrictions easing, the whole family are looking forward to being able to enjoy time together in the tub!”

“Delivery was as promised. Easy and quick to assemble. The foam box included rounded tops which are not referred to in either the instructions of the video, maybe they are new, but they give a very solid rounded top edge to the tub. The installed tub looks great and is a joy to use. the only negative is that the top cover sags and forms a pond in rain, others have commented about this. The inftable cover that might help to alleviate this is sold out.”
