“Wave has been great right from the start. Although I had to wait initially to get my spa the spa arrived within the times specified. I have had my spa over 12 months now and have only had a couple issues with it which were highlighted and dealt with very quickly. The staff went out their way to make sure that we received the items we needed in a short space of time and were great at returning emails when I needed some help to fix a couple of things, even going as far as following up emails to make sure it was sorted. I would highly recommend them. I used to have a different spa from another big retailer and whenever something went wrong there was no way of getting in contact with a helpline or spare parts you basically had to solve it yourself by researching and buying second hand parts. Not with wave though they made sure to help me direct to get spare parts and even instructions how to fix it or do it. Really happy with their service.”

“We pre ordered our hot tub in February and got delivered in the end of June as promised. Our hot tub arrived and leaked from when we set it up and had a faulty liner meaning we were unable to use the tub. But after videos and correspondence with wave via email I managed to get this resolved within three weeks and was sent a new liner and has been perfect since. We had a curtesy call from Patrick from customer service at wave who was very helpful and offered us new filters as a good will gesture still awaiting delivery of these but hopeful they will be with us soon. Happy with the prompt responses from wave.”

“We are loving this hot tub. It was easy to assemble for my husband and me, and is very sturdy. We bought the inflatable cover, and this along with provided one retain heat well. We put the heater on for about 3 hours, which is all it needs to heat up to our set temperature of 35 degrees. Instructions are easy to follow. Just make sure you buy the chemical kit and check the water to see if anything needs adding. We wanted a more rigid hot tub rather than an inflatable and this is just right for us.”

“waited more than 2 months on this and had doubts about still receiving it but wave came through on their end,been up and running for 10 days now,great so far ,keeps heat in better than expected being the foam rigid tub,overall great hot tub for the buck so cant fault yet anyway,thanks wave”

“Have had this hot tub for nearly a year now and it is great although just had an issue with the plug over heating and melting wave spa have been quick to respond to my email and are arranging a new cable and plug to be fitted except for this the hot tub is fantastic we are in most evenings hate being without it now the foam sides with it being rigid is great”
