“Our swift rigid frame am hot tub was pre ordered and wave direct kept in touch with weekly emails to let us know of delays with our tub. I also used their online chat to get information which was great. Hot tub arrived a few weeks before our rescheduled date by wave spa so we were delighted with that. The spa is great quality looks amazing in our garden and has been lovely to use. Was easy to build up. Great for chilling at nights. Keeps the heat well due to the rigid foam sides. All round fantastic tub.”

“We upgraded our 2-4 person inflatable hot tub with a Waves Swift rigid foam Hot tub (4-6 person). Delivery was slightly later than expected but we must say it was worth the wait. Assembly took around 20 minutes and required two people after watching a small instruction video. It seems very solid and sturdy and takes away the anxiety of getting a puncture which happened to our last tub. The water does seems to heat up quicker than my last one and means we can turn the heater down further when we are not using it. We would certainly recommend the Waves hot tub range.”
