“I love it! This version of a hot tub gives me flexibility of moving it with ease if needed but also the look and appeal of a permanent option. My only issue which is minor is that the instructions were not updated to reflect the additional connectors that are needed to assemble the pump tubing.”

“The Hot Tub design and looks are top-notch. The Tub's materials appear to be high quality and built to last. The heater power pack IMO is not as high quality as the Tub. While the tub might last years, I do not believe the heater power pack will last as long! In summary, unless you invest in a full-blown fiberglass 240v tub, the Wave Spa is your top choice.”

“We got this hot tub to upgrade from our inflatable hot tub and this is definitely an upgrade! We can fit more people and it generally feels more sturdy than our inflatable hot tub. The set up was also quicker and I am not worried about 'popping' the sides. We can comfortably fit 5 adults, which is an upgrade from the 3 adults in the last hot tub we had. We have only had the tub for a month so I cannot judge my electric bill yet, but the filter runs much quieter.”

“Love the rigid foam spa. Big improvement over the blow-up spa I owned previously. Only disappointment was the thermal blow up top and filter housings, as my spa has a place for two filters, are out of stock. Love the quiet pump, but it never seems to hold 104 or 103 degrees. Almost always on 102 degrees while set on 104.”

“Spa arrived timely in 3 boxes. Assembly took about 90 min. Unclear on how to attach filter to tub. Very relaxing tub. Wavespa does not have a customer service phone number and email is 48 hour turn around”

“Easily constructed, looks great. We have used it every night ! Filter works great. Testing the water has been perfect. The cover dads a little which can collect rainwater so I would suggest buying addition stuff to place under the cover”
