“I have received my replacement filters. I’m so pleased with the customer service at waves. They are very honest, efficient and customer focused. They try their best to get orders with you on time and they always notify you of any problems and when items are delayed they send you a free sample as a way of apology. I won’t shop anywhere else for my hot tub, accessories or anything else related to my hot tub.”
