“Expensive compared to lazy spa filters but other than that they are a good filter. Delivery is always quick. No other filters seem to fit wave spa so no cheaper option.”

“I received an email informing me that my hot tub could be upto 10 days later than the delivery date which was fine because I had been kept updated, but it was even later than that. This is the first hot tub i have had so felt like I needed some advice. I had had a problem with the hot tub not heating up properly and even though I had changed the filter, the display was still showing "change filter" I want to speak to someone as not owning a hot tub before , I was worried I had done something wrong and I was going to damage it somehow. I could not find a contact number. I used goggle but the number they were giving out was not for wave spa. I then sent an email to wave spa but it took them a few days to answer, by which time I had gone onto the wave spa Facebook page and got advice from other customers. Wave spa did respond to the comments on Facebook saying that it was important to read the instructions carefully but the solution to my problem was not in the instructions. However I am very happy with my hot tub it's a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. It's also a way to get the family together and have uninterrupted conversations. Thank you wave spa.”
