“Ordered these to go with our hot tub purchased last year. The hot tub was purchased at the request of my wife. I wasn't convinced and so we purchased an Inflatable one. The service we received last year from Waves was great. We did have a slight issue and this was resolved very quickly with no fuss. We used it on numerous occasions last year but packed it away for the winter. It is back out and being put to good use.... hence ordering the head rest just to add a little something. I have been converted. However our Inflatable tub works well.fornus and is in good condition, so see no need to purchase a more permanent tub at this stage. I am not someone who has a smart meter, so can't say for definite but we have found no noticeable increase in our energy usage last or thus far this year. So it appears very efficient.”
