“It was great to receive the free chemical starter kit at the same time as the Hot Tub so we didn't have to delay setting it up. We read the instructions in the Hot Tub manual and on the chemical bottles, however, as hot tub novices, it would have been very helpful if the Wave set-up video had included a section on how to use the chemicals properly. We had to use someone else's YouTube video instead for help with this. Now we know how, we find the chemical maintenance easy and have used our Hot Tub for a month without any 'water balance' issues. The free filters are a bonus. We just pop a new one in while we clean and dry the old filter, which we have found simple to do (again watching a YouTube video).”
