“Order was delayed from initial delivery of April 26th - When hot tub arrived on May 15th, the customer service team were great despite the starter kit still being out of stock - they sent us free replacement filters, and also recommend and providing a link to an alternative product on Amazon. The original kit then arrived a week later.”
