“i chose a holiday on Waterways Holidays' website (plenty of info on the boats and suggested routes). Clicked on "Book Now" and the holiday was reserved, with emails to confirm to follow. AS I was keen to know whether the holiday was in fact available I rang and spoke to a lovely friendly lady who confirmed the booking and took my payment by credit card. Emails followed with further details and confirmation. All done - couldn't have been easier. Thanks everyone”
