“Hello Waterways Holidays Team, I attempted to book in Napton but due to certain circumstances I was unable. Nigel Richards phoned to complete the booking at which point the problem was revealed. All was not lost, Nigel very quickly pulled up a couple of options for me to choose from, detailing with specifics on the timing and location as well as potential activities for certain days in the city. It sounded fantastic, I just needed to run it past the party for confirmation. Nigel then held the boats for me for 48 hours. We spoke again on the last day of the year. Even with the booking in hand Nigel continued to offer his expertise and helpful advice, which all came most welcomed. Hats off to you and the team, Nigel saved me much hassle and I would definitely recommend using your service. It was a stellar job, special thanks to Nigel here :) Best, Alex McCredie”
