Response time was very good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Maybe the costs could be explained more clearly. One headline price including Vat and insurance/waver, plus fuel deposit. Leave fuel usage as a separate cost. The general experience was good and fun.

I had almost given up on finding a holiday to meet my exact criteria so it as a very pleasant surprise when the staff at Waterways Holidays took over the search and within a few hours had located exactly what I was looking for, but couldn't find myself. Spent a great Christmas aboard and all thanks to them, great job!

The aquamarine narrowboat was excellent, ours was the oldest in the fleet, being three years old. That says a lot about the quality of their boats. We have hired a total of twelve boats over the years & aqualine boats come in as the best. We have hired with all the main hirers, Anglo Welsh, Black Prince & Napton etc. Aqualine boats were good value, certainly pays to go onto the web & look for the last minute deals, don't go direct to the hire companies as you will always pay over the odds & always try to view you're boat prior to hiring to prevent any disappointment, as I have witnessed that in the past. Thanks, Peter Griffiths,
