“Excellent customer service from Lesley. She rang me when I couldn’t really talk and she was happy to call me back a short time later when I was free. Answered all my questions without issue. She was a pleasure to talk to. She also put my mind at rest on some of the unknowns for me as this is my first time booking a canal boat holiday. Would definitely use again”

“Was having difficulty trying to book (somewhat last minute!) a suitable narrowboat for a certain canal at a price we could afford in early to mid September. Waterways Holidays eventually came up with what we wanted without having to go into loads of individual narrowboat hire websites and struggle with different start dates/days … and a big bonus was the boat was on a special offer!!!! I had left a message on the booking form as we were unable to complete it at that stage and was contacted by phone the following morning and the booking was confirmed and all my queries answered. I shall certainly use Waterways Holidays again.”

“Easy to use website, as stated in email rang to confirm booking, asked about people on the boat and the required arrangements, clearly explained the payment arrangements. Would use them again when booking a canal holiday.”

“The lady who took my enquiry was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.As I was unable to confirm the booking at the time she made it so easy to hold but not confirm so when I rang back two days later to cancel the held booking I confirmed another boat and date with the company.Due mainly to the fact it was a pleasure to deal with Waterways I did not look elsewhere.and will most likely book with them again on my booking for a canal boat cruise.”
