“Booking easy , follow up phone call by Trudi very good , she was very friendly with clear diction and laid out what we booked very clearly then answered our questions before taking payment . Look forward to our holiday I understand looking on tripadvisor that the boat owners are just as friendly and give good tuition to all and make boat novices confident and follow up the next day with help on the locks if needed.”

“Most of our booking was online. We were phoned for payment and spoke to a very nice lady who was not in a rush! The online information is very good. The confirmation was sent out very promptly. The form that needed signing could be done online and had an automatic return. So all in all an excellent experience if our holiday turns out to be as good we will be ecstatic.”
