“Our boating holiday is some 3 months away so this review is for the booking experience. The Waterways holiday website is full of valuable information and made it easy to book the boat of our choice for the week of our choice. Once booked I was contacted separately via telephone by two very pleasant and well-mannered ladies who took my passenger, pet and card details and answered all the questions I had. My initial involvement with Waterways holidays has so far been very agreeable and we are looking forward to the boating holiday.”
